  • Plantar de Colombia uses a combination of agrochemical and biological products to reduce the environmental impact and offer a healthier product to its consumers.

  • Plantar de Colombia works with third parties to ensure that agrochemical residues are disposed of safely and without affecting the environment.

  • Plantar de Colombia plans to initiate reforestation plans in the medium term to make a positive contribution to the environment.

Plantar Colombia employees

  • Valid for employees with at least one year of seniority in the company.
  • For employees with less than 3 years of seniority, Plantar Colombia will finance up to 80% of the value of the career.
  • For employees with more than 3 years, Plantar Colombia will assume 50% of the value of the career and will finance 30% of it.
  • Employees with more than 10 years of seniority will be given 1.5 salaries per semester for the payment of college tuition.
  • Employees with more than 8 years of seniority will be given 1 salary per semester for college tuition.
  • Employees with more than 5 years of seniority will be given up to 0.5 salaries per semester for the payment of the university degree.
  • Valid for employees with more than 6 months in the company.
  • Plantar Colombia finances up to 70% of the value of the treatment in the dental offices authorized by the company.
  • Suitable for all employees of the company.
  • Plantar Colombia assumes 30% of the cost of the insurance value, which covers the employee and his or her family.
